Responsibilities:
*Assist with purchase, sales, inventory and admin related paperwork and activities
*Processed company documentation, such as invoices and payment checks.
*Performed administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, tagging fixed assets, etc.
*Managed shipments and sales orders
*Generate DO, issue invoices
*Communicated with clients on a daily basis and ensured excellent customer service
Requirement:
*Minimum O level and above
*Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience
*Computer literate
*Speaks Mandarin and English
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000 – $3000 (Depending on Experience)
*Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
*5days work week
*Entitled Annual Leave and Medical Leave
