Responsibilities
• Able to handle full set accounts
• Payroll, bookkeeping, costing and prepare GST
• Proceed payment & update daily cash book
• Monitor and follow up AR ageing report according to timeline
• GL entry
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Perform month end closing
• To liaise with supplier / survey & cost verification
• Prepare management report such as P&L and Balance Sheet
• CPF submission
• Handle petty cash
• Process staff reimbursement and claim forms
• Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and computers
• Binding, photocopying, scanning of documents etc.
• Any other admin duties assigned

Requirements
• Min N Level or above
• Min 3 years of experience in accounts in both Malaysia and Singapore
• Knowledge of book keeping standards in Singapore
• Well versed in MS Office apps (Excel – advance, Words, PPT)
• Confident
• Well organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good attitude, helpful, responsibility
• Hardworking
• Willing to learn
• Good in English and Mandarin

Remunerations
• Basic salary: $2,000- $2200
• 5 days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
• Rest day: 8 days per month
• Air-con working environment
• Entitle to annual leave, medical leave, bonus subject to performance of company and staff
• Salary increment depends on performance
