Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
• Handle membership and sales transactions over the counter
• Attend to enquiries, feedback and requests of members and customers over the counter or phone
• Perform daily stock take to ensure physical inventory and system record tallies
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Min. GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking members and customers)
• Computer Literate
• Able to perform shift duty including weekends and Public Holidays

Remuneration:
*Basic salary:$1800-$2000 (depend on experience) (average 2400 and above, depending on sales incentive)
*Entitle to sales incentive
*Working Hours :11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm
*5 days a week(According to Duty Roster)
*13th Month Bonus
*Variable Bonuses – Between 2 to 5 months
