Responsibilities:
*Assist with purchase, sales, inventory and admin related paperwork and activities
*Processed company documentation, such as invoices and payment checks.
*Performed administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, tagging fixed assets, etc.
*Managed shipments and sales orders.
*Performed data processing in MS Excel.
*Communicated with clients on a daily basis and ensured excellent customer service

Requirement:
*Minimum N Level and above
*1-2 years of relevant experience
*Knowledge of excel and words required
*Speaks Mandarin and English
*Training will be provided

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1800 – $2100 (Depending on Experience)
*Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday) 8am – 12pm (Alternate Saturday)
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and Medical”
