Responsibilities
*Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
*Provide quality customer service to customers over phone or email
*Co-ordinate with internal staff and ensure closure of all customer service calls/complaints.
*Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
*Back-up Support order processing in software system
*Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
*Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
*Familiar with accounting software is a plus point
*Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
*Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
*Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
Remuneration
*Basic Salary $1,800 – $2,400
*Working Hours 8:15AM-5:15PM (Monday to Friday); 8:15AM-2:30PM (Saturday)
*Entitle to annual leave and medical leave”
