The responsibilities of the financial manager include:
Provide financial reports and explain financial information to managers, while recommending further action plans.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies to be adopted by the company
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Duties

Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Compared with business plans, analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual company performance.
Develop trends and forecasts for the company’s finances.
Review and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction.
Supervise the operation of the finance department, set goals and targets, and design a framework to achieve these goals.
Manage the preparation of company budgets.
Keep in touch with the auditor to ensure proper monitoring of the company’s finances.
Keep in touch with other departments, discuss company plans and reach agreement on the future path.
Require
Extensive experience as a financial manager
Have experience in the financial industry and have served in possible roles such as financial analysts
Extensive understanding of financial trends within the company and general market models
Skilled users of financial software
Strong interpersonal, communication and expression skills
Ability to manage, direct and lead employees to ensure proper financial processes are used
Have a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
BS/MA degree in finance, accounting or economics
CFA/CPA or similar professional qualifications will be considered as bonus points
