Customer Service

【Main Duties】
Handling customers’ questions via LIVE CHAT and Email
Providing excellent customer support by answering incoming calls from customers
Looking to identify process improvements to improve overall satisfaction

【Skills and Qualifications】
Mother tongue English language skills
Experience in customer service will be good
Good at Microsoft office applications(e.g. Excel, Word, Power point etc.)
Good verbal, interpersonal and written skills
