Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules and keeping track of employees’ hours
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Job Requirement:
• With at least 2-3 years of F&B experienced
• Knowledgeable in various kinds of food and beverage
• Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
• Able to commit on splits shift, Weekends and Public Holiday

• Basic: $2500 – $2800
• Working Hours: 10am – 3pm; 5pm – 10pm (Break between 3pm – 5pm)
• 6days work week
• 2 meals provided
• After probation, entitle 14 days Annual leave.
