-Manage full sets account, monthly financial statements and annual management accounting reports.
-Prepare monthly P&L monthly report.
-Submission of GST, checking through CPF submission, as well as payroll preparation.
-Manage account payable, receivable and general accounting.
-Highlight/Inform outstanding AR to sales person for collection of payment.
-Liaise with external auditor to prepare for year-end audit.
-Handle petty cash disbursement and top-up.
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of working experience handling full set of accounts in Singapore
-Computer skill in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
-Knows English & Chinese
-Basic salary: $2800 – $3200 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am – 1.00pm (Sat)
-Rest days: 6 days per month
-Entitled to annual leave, medical leave
-Salary increment depends on performance
