Responsibilities:
*Handling Administer of MOM related matters such as WP application, WP Issuance, WP renewal, WP cancellations, and purchase of Security bonds for foreign employees’ work passes
*Process-related communications, including incoming phone calls, emails correspondence, mail, and faxes
*Process with foreign worker on-boarding and off-boarding activities, Monitor Project Man Year Entitlement
*Handle and update information and filing of foreign worker personnel records, medical records, and databases.
*Administration of foreign worker’s profiles and movements such as promotion, secondment, resignation, and dormitory
*Upkeep and ensure contract agreements, policy & practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations and other agreements.
*Assisting Foreign workers’ monthly payroll such as time card calculation and incentives report
*Liaise with Main-con & HR regarding staff and foreign workers’ medical insurance and work injury claims (WICA)
*Involved in annual ISO and internal audit
*Compute Foreign Worker’s payroll monthly and Site Supervisor Allowance
*Handle worker courses training program example: Core trade Tradesman & Foreman Application and recertification, CSOC & BCSS (compulsory with expiry date), Confined Space Course and etc.
*Back up sales coordinator when necessary
*Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

Requirement:
*Minimum O level and above
*1- 2 year of relevant experience
*Experience dealing with Singapore MOM will be a plus
*Simple knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*Proficient in English
*Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2200 – $2500
*Working Hours: 8.15am – 5.45pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 12 days of Annual Leave (Every year increase by 1 day up to 18 days)
