Job Description:
• To maintain all employee files and records
• To ensure all HR procedures are adhered to
• To ensure all daily HR & Admin operations are executed on timely basis
• To conduct orientation program to new employees
• To prepare letter of offer to selected candidates
• To coordinate issuing of warning letters to workers who had violated company rules and regulations
• To coordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment or advertising agency on service fees, advertisement, recruitment and interview schedule.
• To measure Employee Satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• To coordinate and liaise with external consultants on employees’ training and arrange training schedule for employees
• To source or liaise with training providers for Company Team Building Program
• To feedback employees’ grievances and complaints to Management
• To follow up with individual department head on employee work evaluation form and prepare letter of confirmation, adjustment and promotion
• To maintain, follow up for factory utilities, housekeeping and liaise with contractors if necessary.
• To get quotations for all purchases for cost saving purposes
• Administer for hostel matters
• To handle worker’s compensation scheme as well as claims
• To ensure all foreign workers cover with Foreign Workers Compensation Scheme
• To co-ordinate necessary accreditation and certification relating to external audits such as ISO, EHS, SMETA, ICTI, FSC etc on company policies
• To ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management with company policies, government and labour law
• To do job posting on online website for hiring of new talents
• To assess training need, monitor training programme and maintain training record as well
• To oversee and maintain Performance Appraisal System
• To handle foreign workers’ issue with Immigration department
• To access HRDF website for training grant or claim purposes
• To ensure all foreign workers’ insurance coverage and work permit be renewed before expiry date
• To ensure monthly service and maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant is carried out accordingly and submit the report to Environment Department timely
• To control waste inventory and disposal through Electronic Schedule Waste Information system
• To report to Singapore office for approvals
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Payroll:
• To complete payroll functions to ensure all employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner
• To ensure submission for monthly statutory reports are in time and comply with statutory requirements
Security:
• To ensure overall security operation and function run smoothly
• To ensure security personnel maintaining all fire- fighting systems in good condition and well- functioning all the time
• Arrange for maintenance service if any malfunction occurred.

Job Requirement:
* Diploma and above
*Language requirements: English, Mandarin, Malay
*Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
*Good Computer Skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: RM5,500 – RM6,500
*Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5.45pm
*Entitled 10 days of Annual Leave when starting
* Provide free lunch from Monday to Thursday
