Job Description:
-Installation & troubleshooting of security equipment such as CCTV, door access control system, alarm security system, and programming of devices. etc for commercial premises.
-Also includes cabling, mounting equipment, installing Card Readers, Door Contacts, EM Locks, and integrated systems.
-Electrical works, including cable laying & trenching works.
-Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring.
-Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware-related issue.
-Complete the required report after task completion within the time frame.
-Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation.

Requirements:
-Min O Level
-Possess 1 year & above of working experience in IT, CCTV, or door Access (security products) technical works.
-General understanding of network topology.
-Able to provide onsite/remote site IT technical support and TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and network flow on-site.
-Work with the project manager to resolve all discrepancies and coordination problems that impair installation activities.
-Execute projects on time and within allocated installation hours.
-Instruct and train customers on the functional operation of the equipment/system.
-Exhibit excellent customer service skills by consistently communicating with project manager and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Language requirements: English (Chinese no require)

Remuneration:
– Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) and 9am to 1pm (Sat)
– Basic Salary: S$1300/mth
– OT paid per hour
– Average : S$1700 and above
– aircon working environment/renovation area
– Annual leave entitlement per year: 7 days
-Must stay in Singapore (Lodging provided)
