Job specifications:
-To follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from Banks, Telcom Support Service Providers and Commercial clients
-To adopt collection best practises and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness
-Arrange and negotiate payment plans with customers
-Update and maintain the Credit Collection System
-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

– Minimum ‘O’ Level and above
-Good spoken English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Service oriented and results driven
-Candidates with collection/call centre/customer service experience
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Basic salary: $1850+ $50+ Commission
-Average take home salary: Up to $4000
-Commission scheme to be revealed during interview session
-Working hours :
(1)HQ @ 1 Sims Lane, ONE SIMS LANE :
Mon to Thurs : 9.00am to 6.30pm /10.30am to 8.00pm
Fri : 9.00am to 6.00pm
Sat : 9.00am to 1.00pm (Alternate Saturday)
(2)Changi Business Park :
Mon to Fri
Shift 1:8.30am to 5.00pm
Shift 2:9.00am to 5.30pm
Sat : Off
-Meal allowance if they stay on after their shift
-No OT Pay
-Entitled to 10 days AL(increment of 1 day for every year of services up to 14 days) and MC
