Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with accounting tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST submission, etc.
2. Handling full set account.
3. Providing support during audits and other financial reviews.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
5. Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.

Requirements:
1. Min O level, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with accounting software such as autocount is an advantage.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
8. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
9. MUST BE GOOD IN MATH

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary $1,800 – $2000 (Depend on qualification)
* Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri), 8am – 1.30pm (Sat)
*5.5 days work week.
*Bonus depends on company and individual performance
*Salary increment depends on performance
