*Manage & oversee daily deliveries to stores.
*Manage & oversee overall process of order fulfilment for Same Day Orders, Advance Orders, third party orders, SmallBigEat orders and PV Foods orders to ensure timely and accurate packing and dispatch of orders.
*Manage & oversee PV Foods and order fulfilment materials inventory.
*Responsible for troubleshooting and solving order fulfilment related issues.
*Evaluate and implement a new strategy to improve order fulfilment processes and performance.
*Responsible for reducing wastage of all order fulfilment-related inventory (including but not limited to packaging materials, PV Foods stock and bakes inventory).
*Responsible for managing all logistics matters (routing, fleet management, internal and freelance drivers, staffing, errands).
*Responsible for troubleshooting and solving logistics related issues.
*Responsible for managing the cost relating to logistics matters.
*Responsible for facilities management and maintenance contracts for Central Kitchen.
*Oversee general security of the Central Kitchen.
*Direct liaison with MCST, responsible for meeting FSC requirements, tidiness of external storage facilities.
*Maintain & update SOPs.
*Oversee recruitment and training of team members.
*Conduct performance appraisals of team members.
*Any other duties that may be assigned.
*Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
*Strong leadership qualities.
*Strong decision-making ability.
*Excellent communication and delegation skills.
*Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
*Salary Range: $4000-$5000
*Working hours: Rotating shift, between 9am – 7pm
*Entitles AL 14-18days and ML 14days
