Waiter / Waitress (Bar)

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for all beverages concerned inclusive of daily purchases of stock and daily sales
*Greet and present menu to members/guests.
*Bar station to be ready upon arrival of the first guest for service.
*Report to supervisor of any discrepancy when happened.
*Ensure total cleanliness in bar areas inclusive of storage, sink, floor, glasses, etc.
*Recommend and introduce drinks to members/guests to promote sales for the bar.
*To handle and set up bar services station for banquets and meetings if required.
*Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department/Immediate Superior as and when required.

Requirement:
*1 or more years of experience in the related field
*Years of experience in F&B related field will consider for captain position
*Experience in Handling Bar
*Must have knowledge of Alcohol brands
*Able to read and speak basic English
*Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1600 -$1700(Depending on experience)
*Working Hours: 2 shift- 11.30am- 2.30pm, 17.30am-9.30pm / 11.30am-7.30pm (6 days work week)
*$300 Housing allowance (For WP)
*Attire Allowance $30 per month (After confirmation)
*Split shift allowance $7 per work day
*Other allowances added, per month can earn up to 2K ++
*Entitled 14 days of Annual Leave and 14 Medical Leave
*AWS / Bonus (Depending on performance)
