Responsibilities:
-Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
-Responsible for following up on enquiries
-Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
-Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
-Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
-Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
-Inventory management
-Provide operational support to the Sales team

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Able to read and speak decent English
-Minimum 1 year of working experience as Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2000-$2500 (Depends on working experience)
-Working hours: 8:30AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitled to 14 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave
-Bonus depends on company performance and individual performance
-Salary increment depends on individual performance
