Cleaner

Responsibilities
-Ensure shopping cart and basket from surrounding buildings are kept in order at the designated place
-Clear food court table and collect food waste
-High dusting and carry out periodical work
-Simple cleaning machine handling
-Ensures work area is cleaned by cleaners to company’s standards.
-Main duties include sweeping, mopping , vacuuming,sanitising other public areas.
-Respond to clients’ enquiries and specific requests regarding to cleaning duties
-Have to hands on do cleaning work
-Handle cleaning machine to clean designated area
-Ad hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements
• Min 1-2 years of experiences in relevant field
Preferred to have experience in sg (if dont have also ok)
• Able to speak and understand basic English(as client is Japanese)
• Willing to work on PH and weekend

Remuneration
Basic salary: $800
Attendance Allowance:$200 (Subjected to no unreasonable MC,late not more than 15 mins,no absent without notice,no unpaid leave,must clock in daily attendance)
Mobile Allowances : $40
Fixed OT: $460
Average salary :$1500
Lodging provided
*Working hour: 8am to 10pm ( with 3-4 hours rest in between; Eg: Lunch and dinner break then at least 4 shorts break of 15-20 mins per session)
*Required to work 6 days a week ( Have to work on weekend and PH)-Off day on weekdays (Depending on schedule)
*Entitled to AL and MC
