Responsibilities:
*Handle General Administrative Duties.
*Job posting in Jobs portal (Jobstreet/Jobsdb/MyCareerFuture)
*Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc.
*Assists in various HR activities including orientation, training and on-boarding and etc.
*Assist in recruitment process & interview
*Check and submit employees’ leave and claim.
*Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc.
*Provide general administrative & clerical support and etc.
*Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*1-2 year of experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proficient in English
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
*Able to work in fast paced environment

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1700 – $2400
*$100 Transport allowance
*Working Hours: 8.15am – 5.45pm (Monday- Friday)
*Entitled 12 days of Annual Leave (Increase 1 days every year up to 18 days)
*Entitled Salary increment and Bonus (Depending on performance)
