Responsibilities:
*Communicate and responding promptly to customers’ enquiries.
*Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
*Knowing our products well and able to recommend various products to customers.
*Receive and verify the accuracy of orders from customer and ensure that pricing and commercial terms are acceptable before order is processed.
*Using our ERP system to draft quotations, process orders and invoice completed orders.
*Organize the delivery of goods to meet delivery datelines. If necessary, liaise with Purchasing Department for the procurement of goods.
*Attracts potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about the other products.
*Basic bookkeeping such as customers’ purchase orders and acknowledged delivery orders.
*Plan delivery route using our GPS system.
*Communicate with the Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor if delivery jobs are well-distributed.
*Communicate with Delivery Drivers and Delivery Personnel on their delivery jobs.
*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Assists in other general administrative duties in the department as and when required.
Requirement:
*Minimum Diploma or above
*Good written and spoken English, preferably bilingual.
*Good computer knowledge.
*Programmes used: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central, SkyFy Vehicle Tracking System.
*Must be a team player with positive attitude.
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2500 – $2800
*Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 7 days of Annual Leave (Addition 1 day per year up to 14 days)
*Yearly Performance Bonus
