Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedules across various job sites with the cleaning team and management.
• Managing recruitment and on-the-job training for our cleaning team at the job site.
• Coordination between the cleaning team and the client to ensure quality service delivery.
• Develop and review work procedures to further improve existing protocols.
• Working with management to ensure customer service standards and to manage feedback from clients.
• Respond to a report of any operational incident.
• Conduct follow-ups with the cleaning team and clients at multiple job sites.
• Administrative duties for the operation team
• Conducting cleaning activities and replacement whenever required.
• Any other ad hoc duties which may be required.

Requirements:
– Min SPM (but prefers candidate with experience in facility management)
• Able to work independently and pleasant looking
• Detailed orientated and strong organisational skills.
• Adaptive and problem-solving skills.
• Responsive and approachable, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive.
• Team player and positive attitude
• Able to travel between different job sites for work.
• Able to speak Mandarin language is a must

Remuneration:
– Basic salary: $2000-$2500
– Working hours: 730am-5pm | 11am to 4pm (Based on schedule-44 hours per week)
– Off day: 4 days per month |6 days work week
