Responsibilities:
-Enrol new students through walk–ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
-Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children.
-Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
-Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change, fee collection.
-Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centres.
-Take ownership of assigned task within the team and programmes.
-To work closely with other Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives, to ensure enrolment growth at the Centre.
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Prefer candidates with certificates/qualifications in the education industry
-Minimum 1 year of working experience as Sales/Customer Service role
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin
-Computer Literate (Microsoft Words, MS Office)
-Love to work with children
Remuneration:
-Salary Package: $2800 – $3400 (Depending on experience and qualifiction)
-Working Hour: 9AM to 6PM
-5 day work week, including 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
-Entitled to 14 days Annual Leave and 14 days Medical Leave
