• Assist in recruitment and scheduling interviews
• Update employee movement (including hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations and resignations)
• Take charge of employee onboarding and orientation process
• Handle personal data changes with proper letter generation and documentation
• Maintain and update workers’ personal files and database
• Assist in roll out and implementation of HR programs
• Participate in HR continuous improvement initiatives
• Support performance appraisal/ review administration process and HR support
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job specifications:
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ Singapore working experience in Human Resources and operational duties
• Well organized, independent and solutions-driven individual
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and pay attention to fine details
• Applicants who are able to start work immediately will be an advantage

-Basic salary: $3300-$4000
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-7pm)
-Entitled to AL and MC
