Responsibilities:
Account Role:
· Billing (issue invoices, Delivery orders, Debit Notes & Credit Notes)
· E-invoicing submission
· Review and update invoice and follow up outstanding due with customer and sales
person
· Processing incoming payments·
· Filing of documents (check, verify and process invoices/DO)
-Handles AP,AR and payroll duties

Admin Role:
-Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
-Clearly determine the purpose of the call
-Deal with queries and provide correct information
-Forward calls to appropriate person or department
-Take and deliver message accurately and completely
-Documentation and reply email

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM
-Proficient with Quickbook is an added advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Words
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work efficiently and independently, strong and accurate data entry skills
-Able to commence work immediately or short notice

Remuneration:
– Basic salary: $2,200
-Working hour:Monday to Friday ( 9am-6pm) | Saturday ( 9am-1pm)
-Entitled to 7 days AL & 14 days MC after probation
