Responsibilities:
-Responsible for AP & AR duties
-Issue payment voucher and cheques
-Answering phone calls and reply email
-Maintain documentation, data entry works
-Perform ad hoc admin/accounts duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of office working experience, training will be provided
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
-Can communicate in English and Chinese

Remunerations:
-Basic Salary $1600-$2200 (Depending on experience)
-Working hours: 8.30AM-5.30PM(Monday-Friday)
-Annual Leave: 14 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 18 days
-Entitled to 14 days medical leave and medical benefits
-Entitled to salary increment if performance is good
-Aircon working environment
