Responsibilities:
Account Role:
· Billing (issue invoices, Delivery orders, Debit Notes & Credit Notes)
· E-invoicing submission
· Review and update AR Aging and follow up outstanding due with customer and sales person weekly
· Processing incoming payments·
.-Data entries and month end closing for Sales invoices and Receipts batch etc
· Filing of documents (check, verify and process invoices/DO)
· Assist during auditing period and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Receptionist Role:
· Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
· Clearly determine the purpose of the call
· Deal with queries and provide correct information
· Forward calls to appropriate person or department
· Take and deliver message accurately and completely
Requirements:
-Minimum diploma in Accountancy
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s Manufacturing industry is an advantage
-Proficient with ACCPAC, Auto Count accounting system is an added advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Words
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work efficiently and independently, strong and accurate data
entry skills
-Able to commence work immediately or short notice
Remuneration:
– Basic salary: $2,500
-Working Hour 8AM – 545PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitle to annual leave and MC
