Assistant Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:
1) Support and lead team in running of daily operations
2) Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
3) Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
4) Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
5) Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary.
6) Work closely with the Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities.
7) Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display.
8) Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfilment.
9) Assist in inventory management, ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system.
10) Assist in all internal and external events.
11) Ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily.
12) To be familiar with all product offerings.
13) Ensure the display is fully stocked, notifying the department head or kitchen staff of any shortage.
14) Check that all facilities, equipment or furnishings are in good order and to report any damage.
15) Able to manage cost and inventory, meeting sales targets.
16) Follow the normal operating plan, ensuring correct opening and closing times and setting up and clearing down as required.
17) Ensuring the completion of daily financial paperwork and cash handling and that all expenditure is covered by an invoice or receipt.
18) Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.

Requirement:
• Min SPM Level or above
• Min 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2800-$3200 (depending on experiences)
*Working Hours:11am to 11pm
*5 days’ work week (off day to be determined by employer; work on weekend; based on shift)
*OT x 1.5 per hour
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Work on Sunday; entitled to off in lieu
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
