*Oversee and supervise operation assistants, facilities attendants and term contractors to ensure that they are performing in accordance to the requirements by the Club.
*Plan and prepare duty roster for operation assistants and facilities attendants including scheduling of annual leave and staffs’ overtime work (if any).
*Conduct daily inspection within the Club’s premises to ensure the quality of works and services provided by staffs / term contractors are always maintained.
*Conduct checks and ensure that all contractors possessed valid work permit passes before allowing them to work in the Club. Foreign workers without valid work permits are not allowed to work in the Club.
*Attend to feedbacks or complains pertaining to the set up within the Club’s premises regardless from internal or external customers with quality service in a timely and friendly manner.
*Conduct logistic inventory stock check. Monitor and control the inventory to ensure that they are sufficient.
*Source, recommend and control housekeeping amenities in the Club’s changing rooms/toilets for members’ use.
*Oversee and supervise facilities attendants and operation assistants in carrying out removal and disposal of approved unwanted items in the Club.
*Ensure all logistics and setup planning is properly done in accordance to the Activities Instructions.
*Report and follow up all damages and faults of M&E/building services to the Maintenance Section for repair/rectification purposes or upkeep of the building premises.
*Minimum O Level and above
*Min. 2 years related working experience in hospitality industry.
*Good knowledge in chemical and cleaning equipment.
*Proficient in MS Office.
*Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented.
*Strong analytical, good problem solving and decision-making abilities.
*Strong interpersonal and communications skills, positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates.
*Basic salary: $2000 – $2800
* Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (6 days work week)
Salary increment (Base on performance)
