Responsibilities:
IT related Responsibilities:
-Provide basic technical support to employees such as troubleshooting on hardware, software, and network issue.
-IT Assets Management – Maintain assets record such as laptops, mobile phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc for the company.

General Affair related Responsibilities:
-Handle general enquiries and administrative duties.
-Enter purchasing data into SAP.
-Liaise with vendors on procurement, general matter, and maintenance of office.
-Support coordination of company events when necessary
-Flexible to perform with additional assignments.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma and above
-Minimum 2 years of working experience as Admin Assistant or Sales Coordinator
-Familiar with network equipment, desktop support and system administration.
-Candidate with 1-2 years networking experience is preferred.
-Fluent in languages (English & Mandarin) and equipped with good communication skills
-Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2000 – $2500 (Depending on qualifications and working experience)
-Working hours: 8.15AM-5.30PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
-Aircon working environment
