Responsibilities:
• Diagnoses/ troubleshoots machine issues and provide preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
• Prepare repair quotations when necessary and update customer of repair status on a timely basis
• Ensure that machine adhere to necessary safety tests after repairs.
• Documents all work performed on machines, such as cost estimation, completed Service Report in CRM.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued in CRM.
• Expected to work under minimum supervision with considerable use of own initiative and independent judgement.
• Ability to work overtime (including after office hours, public holidays and weekends) as and when needed.
• To assist the Service Supervisor/Service Manager in ensuring that the service department provides after-sales service that meets company’s
overall service targets (increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty).
Requirement:
• Possess at least Nitec in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Basic technical knowledge for machine troubleshooting
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence an added advantage
• Able to understand English/Mandarin
• Preferred to have similar working experiences
Remuneration:
• Basic Salary: $2500-$2800
• Five-Days work week 8:30am to 5:45pm (Daily 8.25 hours)
