Production Line Leader

Responsibilities:
• Interpret the formulation recipe established in production control form.
• Interpret the packing instructions stated in export order.
• Ensure Production Operators are to strictly follow the formulation recipe and instructions.
• Support back-end process to complete a batch production.
• Perform simple maintenance on equipment/tools.
• Assist Production Supervisor in planning of manpower and production order schedule.
• Assist Production Supervisor in leading Production Operators to run daily processes and operations.
• Support overtime to fulfil customers’ orders and additional task.
• Work closely with Production Supervisor for any assigned task.
• Maintain good housekeeping, identify and highlight potential danger for workplace safety improvement.
• Perform cycle counting related activities.
• Strictly observe company’s safety regulation and procedures.
• Exercise maximum care and good judgment in preventing accidents and fire.
• Interface with other departments within the organization.
• Support Supervisor in maintaining and upgrading of safety standards and requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• Primary School Education and able to understand basic English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 1–2-year relevant experience in production preferably
• A Team Player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
• Able to work under hot and humid environment

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1600-$1700 (depending on experiences)
-Average Salary(not including housing allowance):$2400-$2600
-Working hour:730am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
-OT (Peak season-First Half of the Year): Estimate 40-72 hours | (Off Peak Season-Second Half of the Year):Estimate 20-30 hours
-Entitled to $250 Housing allowances for Malaysian rental room in Sg(HDB registered address)
-Entitled to AWS upon confirmation (pro-rated for 1st year)
-Transport Allowance of $4 per every clock-in day
-Entitled to AL and MC
