Production Operator

Responsibilities:
• Perform production operation with limited supervision.
• Conform to company production/delivery procedure.
• Check materials/products before and after production.
• Maintain all operating equipment in good working condition.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and tidy condition.
• Exercise maximum care and good judgement in preventing accidents and fire.
• Be responsible for work safety and for preventing damage to the physical assets of the Company.
• Strictly observe company’s safety rules, and any other such regulations and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Provide support to all Production, Warehouse, local store and Engineering functions when needed for process continuity.
• Ensure all raw materials and quantities loaded into the blending machine are in strict accordance to the formulation recipe.
• Discharge or pack the final product into correct packaging materials.
• Maintain good housekeeping, identify and highlight potential danger for workplace safety improvement.
• Abide by the Company’s rules and regulations at all times.
• Strictly observe company’s safety regulation and procedures.
• Exercise maximum care and good judgment in preventing accidents and fire.
• Interface with other departments within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
• Primary School Education and able to understand basic English and Mandarin.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in production operations
• A Team Player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
• Able to work under hot and humid environment

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1200- $1400 (depending on experiences)
-Average Salary(not including housing allowance):$2000
-Working hour: Day shift:730am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
: Night Shift:730 7.30pm – 5.30am (Mon-Fri) (as per schedule required ,currently don’t have night shift.)
-OT (Peak season-First Half of the Year): Estimate 40-72 hours | (Off Peak Season-Second Half of the Year):Estimate 20-30 hours
-Entitled to $250 Housing allowances for Malaysian rental room in Sg(HDB registered address)
-Night shift allowances at $18 per night (as per schedule required, currently don’t have night shift.)
-Transport Allowance of $4 per every clock-in day
-Entitled to AWS upon confirmation (pro-rated for 1st year)
-Entitled to AL and MC
