Autocad Designer/Draftsman

Responsibilities:
-Check and monitor the progress of shop drawings for approval submission
-Ensures the understanding and compliance of drawings with standards and
specifications
-Ensures understanding of project scope and requirements that impact
accuracy of shop drawings
-Prepares shop drawings and necessary documentation submission to main
contractors/architects, etc
-Prepares and updates status of shop drawing submission for each project
-Highlights and discusses any discrepancies on items/materials with relevant
parties
-Co-ordinates and liaise with various contractor/consultant on shop drawing
-Prepares shop drawing and as-builts drawing and submission to consultants
for approval
-Attends site meetings, progress and design meetings to provide status
updates and resolves design and other issues
-Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:
-Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical Engineering works
-Experience in construction industry an advantage
-At least 5 years of recent experience in autocad drawing work
-Knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting
-Knows English and Mandarin

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2500-$3500 (depending on qualification and experience)
-Working hour: 8.30AM-5.30PM (Monday to Friday) 8.30AM-12.30PM (Saturday)
-Office working environment, will be required to attend meeting at site office which may or may not be air-con
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
