Responsibilities:
• Report to General Manager
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Drafting of job ads, posting, and liaising with recruitment agency.
• Handle the application of work passes, arranging medical check-up appointment, accommodation,
procurement of air ticket and courses for upgrading worker’s skillset.
• Contact MOM on company’s enquiry, including the input of ongoing MOM’s survey.
• Preparing of official letters (Appointment letters, Employment letters, Increment letters, etc).
• Onboarding and Offboarding of staffs via the HR portal (PayBoy)
• Review employee’s benefit with GM and appraisal template for departments.
• Any other HR duties assigned.
Requirement:
• Singaporean and Permanent Residence ONLY
• Have not attended any salary support programme, such as PnT, CCP, PCP (E2i, SMF, SNEF)
• Minimum a Diploma in HR Management.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist.
• Good knowledge of statutory labour requirements and Employment Act.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player who can work under minimal supervision.
• Meticulous, well organised and with the ability to multi-task.
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Candidate should be familiar with the use of MS Outlook as our emailing tools within the office workstation.
Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $3000 – $3300 (depending on experiences)
*Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am-6pm) | Saturday(9am-1pm) Only during probation period
*5.5 days’ work week
*Dental Claim : UP to SGD$100/year
*Medical Claim : Capped at SGD$250/year
