Car Insurance Agent

Responsibilities:
– Managing customers enquiries and policy insurance needs via all channels
-To provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, extension,
cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including
requirements under GIAS.
-To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
-To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when required.
-To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
-To ensure training hours under CPD requirements and to comply with all regulatory requirements
by the relevant authorities.
-Liaise with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service and support team for quotations, referrals,
appeals
-To undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:
-Min O Level and above
-Must have Certificate in General Insurance (CGI)-Singapore or Malaysia also accepted
-If Malaysia CGI, then employer will arrange for them to take exam in Singapore
-Candidates with CGI without working experiences are welcome to apply
-Able to start work immediately

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2300 -$2800 and above (Depending on experience)
-6 days’ work week (Monday to Saturday); Employer might change to 5 working days (To be discussed during interview)
-Working hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) | 9am to 5pm (Saturday)
-Entitled to AL and MC
