Responsibilities: –
• Be responsible for overall examination administration and management such as timely preparation of examination/assessment handouts, materials, exam bags and related items
• Compile and prepare analysis for evaluation forms and learning outcome surveys and submit to Principal for review
• Tabulate and enter examination/assessment results accurately into systems and spreadsheets; and generate reports and statistics
• Send results notification to customers based on training process and guidelines
• Prepare certificates and/or cards based on final results and submit certificates for Principal’s approval
• Prepare track list for certificates and cards and sort them based on payment status before issuing to the counter for distribution
• Be meticulous, systematic, organized and ensure proper and complete records for filing (including all hard copy and e-filing) for all training and assessment files
• Submit completed training and assessment files to Principal for review and approval before storing into the cupboards
• Monitor and review storage period for hard copy training files in the cupboards to destroy (after converting to e-filing and obtaining Principal’s approval)
• Ensure proper handover to respective departments and relevant persons in the process flow
• Be proactive in responding and managing clients and trainees’ such as promptly attending to email enquiries and phone calls regarding examination results, certificates and/or cards status etc. after verifying caller’s identity and payment status
• Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in any business discipline, preferably with more than 1 year experience in service or educational industries
• Must be able to speak in Mandarin and English
• Competent in Microsoft applications
• Meticulous, systematic, organised and ensure proper and complete records for filing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
• Able to work independently without much supervision
• Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
• Good coordination and organisational skills
• Possess strong work ethics

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000-$2800 (depending on experiences)
*Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am-6pm) | Saturday(9am-1pm)
*5.5 days’ work week
