Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
-Liaise with Sales Team or clients to understand the project
-Prepare tender documents and oversee design & technical drawings preparation
-Conduct necessary site surveys and measurements
-Work closely with Fabrication Team for fabrication works
-Conduct quality check on end products before delivery
-Plan and manage project activities to ensure delivery within schedule and cost
-Sourcing of special materials or props, if required
-Troubleshoot all technical issues pertaining to fabrication & installation
-Other job requirements by Superior

Requirements
· Possess effective organizational and planning skills with an eye for detail
· Working knowledge of Sketchup and Illustrator
· Able to read and understand technical drawings
· Knowledge of material applications
· Able to communicate at all levels
· 2 years of relevant experience preferred
· Able to work OT hours
· Familiar with mall regulations is an advantage
-Required to go to onsite to ensure projects runs smoothly

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $2000-$2500
*Working Hour 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
*Entitle to 14 days AL & 14 days MC, salary increment and yearly bonus
