Responsibilities:
Project Management
– Manage and strategize end to end activities as well as coordinate of projects efficiently
-Source for materials, determine pricing and confirmation
-Control and manage project expenditure within guidelines
-Provide project support to departments, including site evaluation, review technical drawing, oversee setup and meeting clients, when necessary
-Provide timely communication and job coordination between internal & external customers
-Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
-Responsible for props checking and preparation of on-site project checklist; tools & equipment and post installation report
-Provide on project management training to Support Team
Costing Management
-Preparation of sales quotation to potential clients
-Sourcing of related information to support the projects
-Evaluate project estimates and costing
-Prepare costing sheets for projects
Vendors / Suppliers Management
-From selection, to evaluation and risk assessment to ensure vendors/suppliers meet service level agreements

Requirements:
-Min 2 years of relevant experience
-Good working knowledge of project management covering principles and practices related to project estimation, technical, costing, liaising, labor forecasting, building permits, multiple disciplines involved in areas of responsibilities
-Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
-Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and collaborative skills to work closely with both external and internal customers
-Must be prepared to work at irregular hours due to project requirements in a clear and concise manner

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary $2800-$4300
*Working Hour 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
*Entitle to 14 days AL & 14 days MC, salary increment and yearly bonus
