Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
· Researching prospective accounts in luxury retail sector, pursuing leads and following through for successful business deals
· Anticipating the needs of the luxury retail sector and the directions of the key players
· Creating market strategies to attract potential clients by analysing market strategies and deal requirements
· Maintaining strong collaborative relationships with our current clients and identify new prospects within the areas assigned
· Understanding our products and services to position our competitiveness in the industry
· Keeping tab on the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on clients, trends and competitors
· Developing powerful negotiating strategies and positions of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials, estimating partners’ needs and goals
· Closing new business deals like coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
· Enhancing company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements
· Tertiary Diploma and above
· At least 5 years proven track record in providing products and services to retail clients or related market
· Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
· Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on clients’ requirements
· Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to clients and colleagues, in a clear and concise manner

Remuneration
*Basic Salary $4000-$5000
*Entitled to Commission Scheme (To be revealed during interview session)
*Working Hour 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday)
*Entitle to 14 days AL & 14 days MC, salary increment and yearly bonus
