Retail assistant

Responsibilities:
• Handle retail sales enquiry and maintain the experience store appearance
• Explain product features and introduce our range of products
• Offer customer advice on how to look for the right mattress and products for better sleep
• Provide exceptional and engaging customer service
• Handling purchases, scheduling deliveries, and assist customers in checking out through our online system
• Basic housekeeping
• No hard selling required, just introduce product to customer

Requirements:
• Min Degree
• Fluent in English and Chinese with good communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Patient and outgoing personality who is service oriented
• Well groom and presentable
• Computer savvy with basic knowledge of excel and e-commerce checkout systems
• Training provided
• Low pressure work environment

Remuneration:
•Basic salary : $2850 – $3000
•6 Days work week
•Weekday 11-7pm ; Weekend 11-8pm (Weekday 1 person working, weekend 2 person)
•Must work at least 1 weekend and occasional Public Holidays
•Performance bonus
•Entitle to annual leave, medical leave
