Responsibilities:
-Assist in doing up invoices, quotation and payment vouchers
-Process claims from employees
-Upload receipts and invoices
-Bank Statement Reconciliation using XERO
-Prepare employee timesheet and payslips
-Assist in preparing renovation / construction permit documents
-Answer calls and make enquiries on behalf of Directors
-Ad hoc admin duties,Basic housekeeping of office

Requirement:
-Min O-Level and above
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF
-Self driven & meticulous
-Bonus to have experience using XERO accounting software

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $1800-$2500 (depend on experiences)
-Working hours: 9am-6pm
-can choose 5/5.5/6days work week, salary package different
-Entitles AL and ML
