Responsibilities:
-Support the operational day-to-day activities
-Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents
-Ordering stock
-Assist other dept (Eg. Issue cheque, mailing, filling, printing etc..)
-Assist in daily routine operations eg. handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages and inquiries.
-Carry any other ac-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager

Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1 year of admin related working experience
-Able to speak/read/write English and Chinese
-Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $1800-$2300 (depend on experience)
-Working hours: 8.45AM-6.00PM (Monday-Friday) 8.45AM-1.15PM (Alternate Saturday)
-Annual leave: First year 10 days, subsequent years 14 days
-Medical leave: 14 days
-Increment & bonus depends on performance
