IT Executive

Responsibilities:
· Assist in daily operation by providing technical support through phone, email or onsite testing and
commissioning for various security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric and Card Access
Reader etc.
· Manage and resolve software or hardware problems faced by client promptly.
· Maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to provide product application
expertise to Clients.
· Carry out in-house product testing, quality checking.
· Provide software training to Clients after Project installation.
· Identify, propose & procure products that will improve company’s product efficiency.

Requirement:
· Possess Class 2/3 Driving License will be an added advantage.
· Minimum 2 Years of Relevant IT Network Experience.
· Min O-Level/ Diploma in IT or relevant certificate

Remuneration:
· Basic Salary: $2000-$3500
· Working hours:9am-6pm(Mon-Fri), 9am-1pm(Sat）
· 5.5days work week
· 10days AL and 14days ML
· $300 medical claim per annum
· Transport allowance
