Account Executive

Responsibilities:
-Assist on full spectrum accounting functions, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and etc
-Assist on the timely and accurate month-end and year-end close for the management accounts
-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
-Perform tax computation and GST reporting
-Any other ad-hoc accounting functions assigned by the Management

Requirements:
-At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
-At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field. Candidate with working experience in Construction or Process Maintenance industry environment will be an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in AutoCount software is a plus
-An independent, meticulous individual with good interpersonal and analytical skills
-Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
-Able to start work immediately or short notice period

Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2400-$3200
-Working hours: 8am-5.30pm
-5days work week
-Entitles AL and ML
