Job Descriptions:
-Prospect And Develop New Customer In Property Management Integrated Building Maintenance
Line
-Make cold calls
-Manage And Develope New accounts
-Handle customer enquiries and providing sales quotations
-Ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationship
-Meet up with client when required
-Handle admin job:
a) Fax company flyer to customer
b) Prepare proposal / quotation / agreement
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-No experience require, training provided, fresh grads welcome to apply
-Able to speak/read/write English and Chinese
-Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
-Prefer candidates that can start work immediately
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary $2000 to $2400 (depending on experience) + Commission + Transport Reimbursement
-Working hour: 8.15AM to 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Entitled to 14 days annual leave and 14 days medical leave
-Increment & bonus depends on performance
