Responsibilities
-Provide general admin support
-Perform month end closing
-Prepare management report such as P&L and Balance Sheet
-GST quarterly submission
-CPF submission
-Handle petty cash
-Auditor Facing
-Manage full sets of accounting function
-Answer phone calls
-Prepare invoices, purchasing order
-Reply emails
-Handle documents, maintain HR records and accounting records.
-Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, telephone and computers
-Photocopying, scanning of documents etc.
-Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update all records
-Prepare monthly payment for expenses/ staff claim/ petty cash / Salary
-Chase payment from client
-Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
-Minimum O Levels and above
-1-2years Accounts working experience
-Proficient in MYOB
-Knows AP and AR
-Knows how to prepare report such as P&L and Balance Sheet
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)
-Knows English and Chinese
Remuneration
-Basic: $2500-$2900 (Depending on experiences)
-Working hours: 9AM-6PM (Monday to Friday)
-Annual Leave: 7 days for the 1st year, additional 1 day per year for every additional year of service, capped at 14 days
-Medical Leave: 14 days per year
