Responsibilities:
Payroll
*Prepare and process payroll during month-end- and OT
*Any other encashment year end & Bonus processing
Recruitment
*Permits Renewal & Application
*Posting job description regularly and identifying hiring channels
*Shortlist candidates
*Oversee onboarding and offboarding
*Annual Target setting Exercise
*Annual Employee engagement survey
*Annual compensations package market research
*oversee annual appraisal exercise KPI setting exercise, staff promotion exercise, benefits review
*Training for staff
*Organize team building activities
*Handle any MOM/ TR8A related issues
*Dormitory / Accommodation
*Assist workers on HR needs
*Work on CSR charity events
*Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirement:
*Minimum Diploma and above
*Certified professional Human Resources management
*2- 3 years of experience will be advantage
*Communicating skills / Decision making skills / Developmental skills

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2800 – $3500
*Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
*Entitled 14 days of Annual Leave
