Responsibilities
Be the first contact point for our existing clients.
Meet personal and group sales targets.
Provide quality customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
Develop and build strong client relationships
Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up closely
Service and manage new sales leads from sales development
Submit monthly sales forecast and track sales figures
Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Sales Division
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Possess enthusiastic spirit with strong organizing skills, detail minded and able to multitask.
Able to interact professionally with both internal and external customers.
Remuneration
*Basic Salary $2500 – $3000
*Working Hour 9AM – 6PM (Monday to Friday)
*Entitle to 14 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, salary increment and yearly bonus
