Responsibilities:
-Attend to customers at physical store for collection or walk-in purchases and sharing about the business when necessary
-Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
-Assist in the maintenance of Packing Area and Retail Counter
-Assist in packing of orders and coordination of deliveries
-Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
-Work closely with Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities
-Processing of orders from stockists and communicating to relevant team members to coordinate fulfillment
-Assist in store inventory management, ordering stocks and ensuring latest products are updated in the POS system.
-Assist in the coordination of corporate orders from quotation, invoicing to fulfillment.

Requirement:
1. Min “O” Level and above
2. Able to speak good English
3. Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
4. Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
5. Relevant experience in the industry is a plus

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $2000-$2300 (depending on experiences)
*Working Hours:11am to 11pm
*5 days’ work week
*OT x 1.5 per hour
*Entitled to 15% off for staff discount
*Entitled to $350 per annum for medical coverage
*Work on Sunday; entitled to off in lieu
*Entitled Annual and Medical Leave
