Responsibilities:
*Handle members enquirers including but not limited to process payments, car label application, guest passes, complimentary car park passes
*Club membership inquiries / conduct facility tours from time to time
*Telephone switchboard duties if required
*Reception counter Services
*Member rapport/ relations
*Routine administrative duties

Requirement:
*Minimum O Level and above
*Effective communication and interpersonal Skills
*Good Oral and written English
* Bilingual
*Must be pleasant & service oriented with relevant experience in hospitality industry
*Good computer skills required (Familiarity with CRM platform are a plus)
*Able to perform shift duties, working on weekend and Public Holidays

Remuneration:
*Basic Salary: $1700 -$2000
*Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm / 1.30pm to 10pm (5.5 days work week)
*Salary increment (Base on performance)
*Shift allowance / other allowances
*Entitled 14 days Annual Leave and Medical Leave
